Our client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, provides IT service, support and maintenance to SMEs in the Midlands and beyond.
They have a current requirement for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer with strong Microsoft Server skills, qualified to the current MCSE standard and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
As a significant proportion of their business is now cloud based services, they require solid experience in this area. Experience should ideally include Windows Server 2012 R2, Exchange 2014, Hyper-V, Azure and Office 365.
They invest heavily in their highly technical team, through rigorous, ongoing training to increase and improve expertise and skill, and to this end there is a bonus element to the package available based on exams and certifications.
